Downloaded this app to find what many other parents report; broken links, non-functional sections, and crashing. Dev hasn’t responded to a single user post. While the RenWeb app is functional it’s chunky, limited in functionality, and severely dated. I’m guessing it hasn’t really been updated since the first generation iPhone. It shows the GPA and notifications if a student’s grade has changed. Additionally it is easier to access and not cluttered and unorganized. This app needs to step up its game if it stands a chance with PowerSchool. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2020-10-18* Cannot see full screen when ordering lunch. When I ordered lunch separately for each of my sons in different grades, it put entire order on oldest sons order and my younger son did not get to eat lunch. He cried for over an hour. It used to be that renweb included an app with their services without additional cost. Now the money hungry FACTS mngmt team has “sunset” most of the useful items for teachers, families, and students in favor of fattening their own pocketbooks. Including the app. It is a matter of time before they probably receive a “sunset” status by all of the schools and families using them.
