The problem is and has been for 8 years and counting the security. This thing is more locked down than my bank account. It is constantly logging you out of the account. However Face ID has saved my sanity with that “feature”. Its newest blessing is to lock you out after you are logged in and attempting to pay for lunch orders. It claims the username/password is invalid and makes you create a new password. Apple face id for password storage saves the day (again). Hoping high school uses something other than FACTS. ### 4/5 — Log in easier? *2026-08-13, version 60.5.0* Hi. The authentication to be able to log into the app via email, makes it very slow. The app has forced me to change the username/password every time I have logged on for the past 2 months because the current one is outdated. Because it is set up under my moms account I have to correlate with her just to log in and see if my test scores have been posted. Plus the new 2 factor authentication has me constantly bothering her at work to get the code sent to her email. Even if it was under my account it would still be annoying. However, I’m constantly logged out and have to remember all the information I would like it to work like our other apps where I can set up either a pass key or Face ID and not have to constantly login over and over again. Please change this. Put simply it’s a profiteering scam with little personalization and poor UX/UI, designed about as poorly as a platform can be. Fortunately I love everything about my childcare arrangement *except* their contract with this company. ### 1/5 — Horrible Login Process *2026-06-23, version 59.10.0* For a yearly paid app, one would hope you could use a Face ID to login. Instead, the app acts as though I have never used it every single time, walking me through a tutorial and then requiring me to physically enter all login fields. You can’t even use Apple Auto Fill. This is so painful. It crashes every day causing you to have to re-login information. It’s never available when needed. Super inconvenience. Bottom line. It sucks. Definitely not worth five dollars and especially now that your app just relocate you to a web link. Now it’s doing something with the authenticator app which is not very clear about how that works. I cannot recommend this app to any schools or anybody that’s willingly to purchase it. Give us a five star attempt to fix the app and work out all the bugs.
