But although it says that I can access via apps on my phone, it is not recognizing my account byond my desktop. I reported this, they said they fixed it, they did not. A week later and still an issue. Second buggy issue. It says I have finished 5 decks which is true, but only two of them register that I have done 100%. The other three are stuck around 39% and haven't moved for days although I've finished them. Very frustrating when you can't figure out which ones you need to go back to. Good luck getting this put together. I only gave it 3 stars though because it could be a really great app & when it's working it's fantastic. But it doesn't work all the time. I'm studying ASL and the videos don't always load which makes it impossible to do the quizzes or learn the subjects. Also, for some of the quizzes they ask for you to type out the words and phrases. It's a good idea, but the keyboard the app supplies does not respond correctly and there is no way to backspace so once you mess up a letter, that's it. Once they fix those problems and make the app more responsive and easier to use I'll change my rating. EDIT: I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 4. While the app still has its flaws, the FactSumo team responds quickly to emails and is willing to listen to ideas and user feedback. I am very pleased with their customer service and I am excited to see the changes they make over time. ### 5/5 — Great tool *2018-12-31, version 6.1.0* I needed something to help with metrology. I used it for my US citizenship exam and it was invaluable. Especially the offline functionality. Being able to just bang through a few questions whilst on the subway to work in the morning, or waiting for my coffee in the Starbucks line was so so helpful. It meant the information was top of mind all the time and I felt so efficient in being able to study when there were bits of downtime here and there! It made the whole learning feel much less overwhelming. And it did make it fun. Needless to say I passed me exam today with flying colors! I would highly recommend this app to help with learning something.
