I’ve yet to receive a pick and I’ve sent 4 emails the last two weeks with no response. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. ### 1/5 — Cancelled accounts *2023-04-23* Yet the still try and take funds out of my account. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for cancelling subscriptions. In order to cancel a subscription you must do so in your phone's settings (like any other app). If you fail to do so, you will continue to be charged. How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone: 1. Open the Settings App 2. Tap Your Name 3. Tap Subscriptions 4. Tap the Specific Subscription 5. From there, you will need to click on the “VIP Picks” tab which is where the picks are uploaded on a daily basis. It seems like you’re referring to our article section, where we post daily & weekly updates of our pick history. This is free content and does not require a subscription.
