## What is FadeGuard?

Your white midsole yellows on sunny days — not rainy ones. Your old PU midsole is most at risk on humid summer afternoons. Cold winter air with indoor heating dries out leather uppers faster than you think.

FadeGuard is a sneaker care guide for collectors. It reads today's weather, knows your pairs' materials, and tells you which to wear and which to protect.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add each pair to your collection with its midsole, upper, outsole, color, year made, and storage type.
2. FadeGuard reads today's UV index, humidity, rain probability, and air quality at your location.
3. You get a today-score for each pair, a wear verdict (WEAR / CAUTION / HOLD), and specific care actions.
It takes 30 seconds to add a pair. No account required.

Each pair gets a 0–100 score reflecting today's risk — UV on white midsoles, humidity on aged foam, rain on suede, cold snap on leather.

Counter-Intuitive Warnings
Collectors often worry about rain. FadeGuard flags the non-obvious risks too: the sunny day that fades your EVA midsole, the cold dry morning that cracks your leather upper.
