Only food categories are listed. There is not a SINGLE food item to select, so this app is literally useless. Rewards page is also blank.

Spent 30 minutes trying to order online via their website, total failure as the shopping cart is always empty when you click on it. Been like this for years, they clearly don’t care.

Then I see they have an app, I’m again hopeful, but that hope quickly diminishes into despair as the app doesn’t work either, click on items and nothing happens. What a cluster, and again they clearly don’t care?

Agree with other reviews, I’d get my money back from developers. Three issues before I gave up:
1. Selecting food in combos, you get warnings if you try to pick 2 of a side to meet the count
2. Green save button doesn’t work and kicks you back to top menu - I tried entering order 4 times before it finally went to cart
3. And the final straw for me was when you are in the cart setting up pickup details, you can’t enter time for pickup. The field is required but there’s no selections to pick from. You are stuck in a loop.
Has anyone ever been able to place an order thru this?

I can’t never complete my order because the app ALWAYS generates an error by the end of the check out.

App never saves your credentials
You cannot order ahead because the time drop down doesn’t work; so you have to order for now or call ahead which defeats the purpose of the app to get points.

This app is so easy to use and makes ordering Fadi’s quick and easy! From the app to the dinner table this will never disappoint! This is the quickest and easiest way to get the food you want, catered to your specific needs!
