This app has literally helped me tweak my diet so that I’m consuming the proper amount of fiber and protein. The Felix gut health insights has definitely guided me toward a healthier gut. I think your gut is extremely important to focus on if you’re someone who wants to improve your health. I recommend this app to anyone trying to become healthier and establish a healthy gut!
