Morning Routine and Bedtime Routine  
Create simple routines with up to ten steps each.  
They appear at the right time, one step at a time, so you can ease into your day or wind down without overwhelm.

Includes one gentle iOS alert in the morning and one at night.

Other Tasks (for when your head is spinning)  
If your mind is full and you don’t know where to start, dump everything into Other Tasks.  
Faffalot will choose the order for you, so you don’t get stuck picking the “right” thing.

You can add up to ten tasks here, all shown one at a time on the focus screen.

Recurring Tasks  
Keep up to three simple repeating tasks on track. Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

The Focus Screen
