Ich nutze die app schon seit vielen Jahren in fast täglichem Einsatz und denke noch mit Schrecken an die Zeit zurück als ich mein Fahrtenbuch per Hand schreiben musste. Kein Vergleich zu früher! Die app lässt sich leicht bedienen und ist absolut praxistauglich. Falls doch mal Probleme auftauchen hilft der Entwickler innerhalb von Stunden. So etwas habe ich noch nie woanders erlebt. Auch das Finanzamt hat mein angefordertes Fahrtenbuch akzeptiert, so dass ich es rundherum sehr empfehlen kann.

Ich benutze die Version 9.9.11 via Carplay in einem aktuellen VW Passat als Außendienstmitarbeiter. Mittlerweile kann ich auch bestätigen, dass mein Finanzamt die Daten zu 100% anerkannt hat. Die Steuererklärung mit den von der App gesammelten Fahrdaten wurde anstandslos akzeptiert. Somit bin ich zu 100% zufrieden. Alles läuft stabil, benutzerfreundlich und aufwandsarm im Berufsalltag nebenher. Klare 5 Sterne.

Viele Jahre habe ich die App Fahrtenbuch genutzt und sie hat es mir erleichtert, meine dienstlich gefahrenen Kilometer mit meinem Arbeitgeber abzurechnen, da ich nicht ständig, Abfahrtsorte, Ziele und gefahrene Kilometer notieren musste. Gleichzeitig hat die App mir geholfen, meine Arbeit zu dokumentieren. Baustellen- und Einsatzortbesuche sowie Besuche bei Kunden wurden bei einmal eingegebener Adresse bei erneuter Anfahrt immer genau wiedererkannt. Für mich hat die App immer eine Arbeitserleichterung dargestellt, meine Erwartungen an ein digitales Fahrtenbuch erfüllt und ich kann sie ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen, und das nicht zuletzt, weil sie neben allen Erleichterungen selbst im freiwilligen Abo, das weitere Vorteile bringt, kostengünstig ist.

Ich nutze diese App jetzt seit 2017. Bisher war ich absolut zufrieden. Mit dem neusten Update soll ich es aber nicht mehr im Hintergrund schließen dürfen, weil es sonst zu Datenverlusten führt. Man muß fragen: was soll das? Bisher konnte man es schließen, sparte Energie und warum soll ich es an lassen. Es macht einfach keinen Sinn. Dadurch, daß ich es am Anfang wie gewohnt geschlossen habe, werden neue Standorte nicht mehr gespeichert?!  Bitte beheben Sie diesen Missstand mit dem nächsten Update umgehend. Leider lassen sich jahrelange Gewohnheiten nicht einfach abstellen, zumal das „gewaltsame Schließen“ nicht bekannt war. Nochmal: sowas macht keinen Sinn. Bitte wieder umprogrammieren. Danke.

Das Programm läuft in der Version 3.5.5 stabiler, selbsterklärend und benutzerfreundlich. Fahrten lassen sich den üblichen Zwecken z.B. Geschäftsfahrt, Privatfahrt etc. zuordnen. Weitere Zwecke können frei definiert werden. Der Start- und Zielort wird meist automatisch mit Hilfe der GPS-Funktion ermittelt und kann bei Bedarf editiert werden. Zudem ist die Eingabe via <Strecke> möglich. Mit der Tacho-Funktion ist der km-Stand abgleichbar. 
Die Aufzeichnung erfüllt die Vorgaben der finanzgerichtlichen Rechtsprechung, die verlangt, dass die Erkenntnisse denen eines handschriftlich geführten Fahrtenbuches entsprechen müssen. Jede nachträglich vorgenommene Änderung wird automatisch dokumentiert, so dass der Ausgangszustand lückenlos rückverfolgbar ist.
Der Kaufpreis ist niedrig, so dass man ein äußerst günstiges Preis- Leistungverhältnis vorfindet. Der Nutzen der einfach zu bedienenden Software übersteigt den Anschaffungsaufwand also um ein Vielfaches. Urteil: sehr empfehlenswert.

Nachdem letzte Woche plötzlich das FB unter iOS 18.2 nicht mehr startete (App schloss sich sofort beim Antippen wieder) habe ich umgehend Rückmeldung vom Support erhalten: iOS Update auf 18.3, iPhone nochmal neu starten und alles wieder perfekt. Mega: nochmals Rückfrage vom Support, ob alles wieder läuft! Bin begeistert! Vom FB sowieso 😊👍🏼

Ich versuche es nun mal mit einer 5-Sterne Bewertung (meine 1-Stern Bewertung wurde nicht veröffentlicht). Der Text unverändert…

Der Datenexport funktioniert nicht. Benutze iPhone 15 mit iOS17 und Mac Sonoma 14.3 Der Export als CSV funktioniert NICHT; bedeutet die Daten erscheinen wirr über verschiedene Spalten verteilt. Man kann/könne die Spalten manuell korrigieren, aber das klappt auch nicht, zumindest bei mir.

Fahrten zur oder von der Arbeit und auch als solche deklariert, werden mit dem Symbol für Privatfahrten markiert.

Das Nacherfassen von Fahrten (macht ja am 21. Januar noch Sinn) ist möglich aber super kompliziert. Da löscht man schon zwei komplette Fahrtenbücher bis man das lernt. Es gehen während des Erfassens von Fahrten ständig Datumsangaben verloren oder stellen sich automatisch auf den Datum des aktuellen Tages zurück. Es gibt dann doch eine Methode, aber dann werden Fahrten immer noch automatisch falsch markiert.

Es funktioniert schon, aber wie? - Vielleicht als Stand Alone Lösung und immer genau in Echtzeit. Besser keine Fahrt vergessen, nicht nacherfassen und nichts exportieren?

Habe diese App nur wegen dem direkten Export in WISO Steuer 2024 gekauft und natürlich auch die entsprechende Erweiterung dazu. Aufgrund der Unstimmigkeiten habe ich den Export zu WISO noch nicht probiert. Möchte kein Chaos in meiner Buchhaltung riskieren.

Frage an den Support um Unterstützung vor 1 Woche -> keine Reaktion, keine Antwort, nichts.

Ich habe das Fahrtenbuch nun in der Erprobung für das kommende Jahr. Und ich muss sagen, dass es einfach und zugleich genial ist. Man benötigt keine zusätzliche Software oder Hardware, kann das Produkt aber durchaus noch aufpeppen mit den InnAppkäufen. 
Es führt bis jetzt meine Fahrten sehr genau auf, sogar mit GPS Koordinaten und ich kann die entsprechenden Zuweisungen der Kategorien vornehmen. Auch nachträglich kann man Fahrten aufbuchen. Kategorien selbst bestimmen. Zum hohen Teil erkennt es bestimmte Orte automatisch, wenn diese nicht im Adressbuch hinterlegt sind, z.b. Restaurants, Firmen und anderes das im Internet auch aufgeführt ist oder in anderen Streckenverzeichnissen.
Die Kilometer stimmen exakt, können aber auch angepasst werden. Wichtig, die Beschreibung ist auf deutsch und sollte gelesen werden um die entsprechenden Einstellungen zu machen zur Anerkennung des Fahrtenbuches. 
Vor allem ist auch ein AppleCare Basisversion mit dabei für Start und Stopp und Zuordnung.
Endlich mal kein Chinaprodukt. Jeden Falls kann ich es nicht erkennen. Und damit auch keine Datensammlerei. Die Daten bleiben auf dem Handy.
Und es gibt jede Menge Schnittstellen zur Übertragung an Fahrtenbücher, wenn gewünscht.
Ich nutze dabei WISO-Fahrtenbuch.
Alles in allem ein durchdachtes und gelungenes Produkt  mit vielen Einstellmöglichkeiten.
Macht weiter so.
