Fahrtenklar is the mileage log that thinks ahead: log trips by GPS or by hand, recognize customers automatically and export a clean report at the end of the month. Log trips your way • Manually with odometer readings, with START as a GPS trip, or with optional automatic trip detection (Pro). • A GPS trip keeps running in the background and beside navigation with a visible system indicator. Recognize customers, confirm with one tap • Fahrtenklar learns your places from trips you confirm. On your next visit it suggests the destination, customer and purpose. • Return trips and the commute between home and office are recognized too. Only what you confirm is saved. • The route you drove appears on the map in the trip, with Apple Maps. It stays encrypted on your device and is never uploaded. Never miss a detail • Today shows what is left to confirm and how complete your month is. • The checklist finds gaps, and a weekly reminder helps you catch up (Pro). • Every change is recorded in the journal. Monthly report in minutes • PDF to hand in or CSV for spreadsheets (Pro). • With odometer readings, times, totals per category, kilometers per customer and, if you like, the change journal. Safe in your account • For new trips you create a free account with Apple, Google or a code by email, no password. Your first trip works without one. • With your consent, Fahrtenklar backs up your trips encrypted in your account. Switch phones or reinstall, sign in, and everything is back. • The routes you drove always stay on your device. You can turn the backup off at any time; it is then deleted.
