While the app is user friendly, it is extremely slow to fetch data and most of the time it says ‘time out’. Also it does not holistically show all my investments. Example, my term loans are not displayed at all. That’s where I have maximum defaults. So, the dashboard is useless. While there are innumerable reports, many of them don’t work. This is after updating the app today. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2023-03-21, version 4.9.7* Fraud service. After completing all verification even home video call verification , and E-Mandate completing . On disbrus time they reject application. Their customer service also very bad. In this case, the App should be so much fortified to instill confidence in the investor that, he should not doubt the veracity of the App being genuine or otherwise. Completely disappointed despite being a regular investor ### 1/5 — Fraud app *2022-01-26, version 4.9.6* I would not recommend anyone to invest their hard earned money with these frauds. Most of the borrowers do not return the money and these guys take no action. It’s been more than a year now since I have not received any money from 5 borrowers and no action is taken yet. ### 1/5 — App is not working. *2022-01-05, version 4.9.6* App is asking to update whereas there is no update and it goes in circles for asking updates. There, there is no update button, just the Open button, which takes me back yo the app and the pop of which states there is a new version available. Super frustrating. They will take your money and not let you withdraw from your account. Without customer’s permission they reinvest the amount (EMI) received in customer account in new products and keep deducting fees on that. This has happened multiple times and they don’t reply or address the issue. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work. I feel this is a fraud. *2023-12-02, version 4.9.8* I went to withdraw my funds, which I invested 6 months prior. Maturity date is gone, and still I have not received my money in bank. Also, the link in mail, directs you to download the app, which works only once. I am worried about my investment. ### 1/5 — Fraud app *2023-10-17, version 4.9.8* Please don’t use it if you want to keep your money safe. There are better apps like mobikwik extra which gives fixed returns.
