## What is FairDrop by PokéSouq?

FairDrop by PokéSouq is the fairest way to buy limited Pokémon TCG products in the UAE.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Register your interest — when a new drop is announced, open the app and register your interest before registration closes.

2. Verify your identity — a one-time Emirates ID verification confirms you're a real UAE resident. This keeps the system fair for everyone.

3. Wait for your turn — when the drop goes live, customers are called one by one in queue order based on loyalty tier and score. You'll receive a notification when it's your turn.

4. Make your selection — you'll have a fixed window to review the available products and place your order.
