Haven’t been able to get my ticket escalated to the engineering team after talking to their normal customer support, and it’s resulted in many extra hours of recounting inventory. Really wish they had more technical support for brands when they’re experiencing clear bugs. ### 3/5 — Bare bones, yet functional *2026-02-02, version 26.1.1* I really love the service however, the app has extremely limited functionality. I would like to be able to see payouts, and further order details. Otherwise it’s functional although I do have to log into the website for more in-depth work. ### 2/5 — Crashes and full of bugs *2026-01-19, version 26.1.1* Tried using this app during a trade show and it crashed every time we were trying to write an order. Best to add your existing retailers 0% commiss *2025-05-30, version 25.22.0* Been using Faire for many years, fees and commissions for new customers that find us on the platform have increased significantly making it less profitable. Best way to drop-ship to existing customers by having them use the Direct Link we send out, for 0% commission for those customers. Makes shipping easier and saves shipping costs due to Faire’s special rates from volume discount negotiations. It’s only convenient for messages and to check orders. Other than that, it’s not really an app to make it convenient for you to create products, edit or any of that sort. It doesn’t even cover the basic tools. When a promotional discount is applied to an order, they should adjust their commission since that is the common practice with reps. Also the list form of items for an order is hard to read would be better to use the style no and every size ordered rather than a long list. ### 3/5 — Great for a new channel, commission is super high though *2024-10-23* We have had a good amount of orders, which is great. Only problem is the commission is so high and most are not repeat orders. Woah commission was 10% and not 15% and there wasn’t a first order charge. Other than that Faire is great. Mainly, that I can’t upload products from the app on my phone. I handle all my other inventory through apps from my phone so it makes it really hard. It also crashes every time I try to send a photo to my customers. Refunds are impossible to handle too and very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Can't log in to use the app! *2026-05-28, version 26.19.1* I keep getting an error message with my email address and am unable to create an account or do anything! What a bummer ### 1/5 — Virtually Useless *2026-01-18, version 26.1.1* You will need to keep your laptop/desktop nearby for tasks as simple as fulfilling an order. There is no option to add tracking numbers for your orders on the app. You also cannot add or edit listings on the app. It appears they’ve made an app solely for the purpose of viewing orders and messaging customers. I enjoy being a seller and buyer on Faire. FYI i can’t download the latest update since my iPhone is not compatible with iOS 17. In a dispute, Faire takes the side of the retailer. Not artist-friendly. It’s been over a year and they still havent added this basic functionality. My experience with Faire has shown me that they don’t care about the sellers because they always give us the bare minimum features unless it somehow gets us to give them more money (like sponsored search or pressuring us to cover the “free shipping” costs) ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2024-04-08, version 24.14.0* Error code 403 when inputting email address to log in to the app, so not useful at all for me. ### 1/5 — Have little understanding of wholesale business *2024-03-27, version 24.13.0* Whoever developed this app must be a Silicon Valley genius who understands only investors relationship & growth hack but 0 knowledge on how wholesale operates. This could be evidenced by key functions missing: 1. Not able to setup lead time for large order & small order separately. There is no one size for all timeline for wholesale. Large quantity naturally takes more time especially for oversea order while light bulk takes less. But sadly no function to differentiate the lead time 2. A common tactics to manage trade relationships are return points or reimbursement based on order quantity. And no function to support any trade program 3. MOQ are only allowed to set on product variants level instead of product level. So you either set extremely low MOQ or set a high MOQ on variation level which would add up a extremely high MOQ on product level if the items have multiple options 4. They suspend your listings once your items are found on third party sites and ask you to prove you are the authorized reseller or maker. But could you at least check the price to see who are buying from whom then decide who should be suspended & provide the proof instead of arbitrarily disrupting legit business. And if the buyer are not allowed to sell our products wherever they want, why they buy from us at the first place? What’s even ridiculous is that when asking support, they said they forbid Faire seller sold or get their supply from Alibaba Shein & Temu. Is this some kind of Asian hate? Are the management get brainwashed by anti-China propaganda? 5. I also wonder whether buyers on this platform are legit retailers or just drop shipper. from the minute I am on this platform, I kept being notified to lower my MOQ & minimum order value to $100. Really? My store has avg ordered item of 3 & aov of $90 and you’re telling me to wholesale my items at lower price with MOQ equal to my avg items purchased & mov similar to my store aov? I wonder they are cooking their growth data by attracting retail customers (like new home buyers ) & drop shippers.
