I have a valid EIN, Registered Domain, Facebook group, etc everything needed and for some reason they will not accept me EVEN UPON submitting everything asked for. What sucks is you can’t even get a hold of a real person to talk to. I provided my EIN, website, and showed my storefront design as they requested. and they denied my app with no explanation and no recourse, they would only reply with: “the decision is final.” I have to only assume it’s because I’m using a DBA and the name doesn’t match my LLC? This company doesn’t appear to have their stuff together. An EIN is really all they need. The extra fluff isn’t necessary. Yes they have great options for searching new products but just to use the net term has been pure hell. I’ve been approved twice and every time an order is placed, it’s either cancelled or eventually cancelled and with no explanation other than we can’t fulfill orders for your business YET keeps approving me for the net 60 with a decent amount of 5k! They just suck and just a word of advice, if an applicant don’t qualify, they shouldn’t be approved and if they are, don’t approve them, give them the funds and still not allow them to place orders! The package was held up in Canada due to US customs and border control request requesting documentation. was unable to get a hold of the actual seller so I contacted Faire for assistance. No assistance was given at all because apparently they don’t vet their vendors. Package was returned, but my money was never given back to me.
