I really miss the ability to set up text alerts for deposits, daily balance, ect. At least it works, but haven't had to make any transfers yet. Not cool ffcu, not cool. :( ### 2/5 — Cumbersome *2014-11-22* This app is a replacement and is supposed to be an improvement over the original. Not in any way is this an improvement, is actually quite the opposite. Appears to simply be the same as Mobil banking site. App is slower and tedious to log in and out of compared to the other app. I rarely use it now where I used the other very often. Done. Then says device already named. Go back to log in and same thing. Had to delete the app. Ridiculous!!! ### 1/5 — Continually asking for verification *2021-04-27* This app is constantly asking for verification, wanting to send a code to verify my account! ### 1/5 — Literally won’t even let me open the app. *2021-01-07* First you delete your widget for w.e. Reason. Now I can even open the app. It keeps saying “something went wrong went attempting to send the last request” fix this ! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2020-01-16* Lost the use of my thumb print to sign in months ago and has been getting worse with bugs. After last update It doesn’t remember my username and I have to put password in every time even if I close it and open it right back up. ### 1/5 — Authentication fail *2017-09-19* This app makes you authenticate your account every time you try to login. This is extremely annoying because you either have to send a code to your email or answer security questions every single time you login. Also, too much going on once you get inside the app (advertisements). Also, no Touch ID like every other banking app. ### 2/5 — Terrible *2023-06-27* The app isn’t working correctly. All I see is a scheduled maintenance message and that was a few days ago. Another is scheduled for June 30 July 1. It may never work correctly again. I like using my phone instead of my laptop. I use most features including reviewing the account history to balance my account, alert function, account nickname, savings goals, bill pay and deposit a check feature. I use the application daily. ### 5/5 — App has always been great for me *2019-06-01* I have been using the app since it became available. I have not had a single issue. ### 5/5 — Much improved! *2018-02-04* The new update has everything I’ve been asking for. Just be patient, it’s not a million dollar corporation that can spend a ton on app development. Gotta hand it to the small local CU for this mostly great app! ### 4/5 — I highly recommend this app! *2019-02-11* This app is easy to use and fast! I love that I can see all my balances, transactions, pending amounts, and even make transfers on the go! The one downside is I miss the text alert options the older app had. So I actually have to log in to this app to look, rather than get a text for direct deposits, balance alerts, etc. I wish that feature was available again! Could we have the ability to move funds between our savings goals?
