## What is FairNet App?

The researchers from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay have developed the FairNet App that detects any deliberate throttling of streaming apps by your internet service provider. If you feel your favorite App is running slow on your network, FairNet App can check if your service provider is throttling it.
