I started a subscription with this company for an unlimited monthly esim. They cut off my service same day saying my payment didn’t go through. I had to buy another company’s esim. Weeks later they came back, acknowledged the payment did in fact go through BUT REFUSED TO REFUND ME. I was actually considering trying them again once they sorted out their administrative issues, but apparently the issue was not a mistake. They are intentionally charging people, pretending the transaction didn’t go through then refusing to refund. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I went back to airalo and I am glad that I did.

Looking back at your case, we can confirm that a service delay was triggered automatically by an unsuccessful payment and not an intentional action on our part. However, our case logs confirm that your FairPlay Flex subscription was successfully activated and, crucially, that data was then consumed.
We are glad we were always able to reach you quickly and process your cancellation as requested. Since the service had been delivered and data had already been used, we were unfortunately unable to therefore process a refund.
We truly regret that this experience led you to feel misled, as our goal is always transparency. We would love the opportunity to earn back your trust should you decide to give us another try. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you well with your travels!
