When log out to try reset - now app states that user is not found. ### 3/5 — Update *2026-01-18, version 7.23.0* If you need user to update, please pop up when we clicking in. Not everyone will enable auto app update, and freezing the app is not cool at all especially when we want to make a payment. I almost want to give up and go to Sheng Siong when the app failed to load. Please take note developers! ### 3/5 — Stock status not updated *2025-08-14, version 6.86.0* When item shows low stock it is mostly out of stocks, the inventory control and cashier system are not linked to provide accurate update of the stock in store! I am forced to force close and reopen and it always forces my brightness setting to maximum without always turning it back down. It is quite frustrating. I am not sure how to do so. ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service *2022-01-29* App will no longer process my international Visa card. I was able to use previously, but it suddenly stopped working. My card continues to work fine with other merchants and the bank says I have all security requirements in place, yet customer support claims it is an issue with my bank and not related to any changes they made. Additionally their response time takes weeks and doesn’t actually provide helpful information, other than to use a local card….. ### 1/5 — Trust issues continue to show *2022-01-29* The scan & go mechanism was completely offline during the CNY festive shopping season (at least for the store location we were at) but this was not made known to shoppers. Everyone was happily scanning their purchases and packing them into bags thinking they could skip the long cashier queues. Only to discover at the very end when attempting to pay that it was taken offline. Imagine the number of shoppers attempting to re-scan their shopping items again using another family member’s app or the repacking that had to be done. ### 1/5 — Unable to load pages *2021-12-26* Not working ### 2/5 — Loyalty cards to Wallet please *2020-08-24* Come on, it’s 2020 outdoors. do I have to carry your plastic cards? Then, about half the items displayed for sale in the app are out of stock. Why would I want to see these? No way to filter these out either. After wading through all the out of stock items and finding items available for purchase (16 in total), upon checkout, I’m total that 6 items, and more than half the value of the order, can’t actually be purchased. In the end, I canceled the order. It’s really not ready for use. Added again, disappeared again. ### 1/5 — Frustrating to use *2024-03-29* When you use this app it will automatically adjust the brightness on your phone to maximum and often it does not turn it back to the original brightness. Also, you get unnecessary pop ups when trying to scan the qr at check out. This blocks the qr and forces the user to dismiss the voucher pop up before you can scan. I believe there is a lot of room for improvement- I always hate having to use the app. Also, it doesn’t remember my default store for scan and go and forces me to detect it every time i use this “feature” ### 1/5 — Apple Pay is broken with the latest iOS *2023-06-04* Apple Pay is still broken. Latest iOS and latest FairPrice app. Nothing happens after paying with Apple Pay. On the Apple Pay side, the “ding” of approval can be heard. Agentic AI smart app where it does the shopping for you know what you want, it seems to have know what you are thinking.
