With FAIRTIQ you don’t have to buy a ticket in advance, indicate your destination or struggle to find the right zone. You will always be charged the best available price, once you have completed your journey. It doesn't matter how often you switch directions, or even if you change between trains, buses and trams. With FAIRTIQ there are no hassles, no complications, just smooth and easy travel at fair prices! How it works Shortly before boarding a vehicle, such as train, bus, tram or boat, simply swipe the "Slider" in the FAIRTIQ app. Your final destination does not need to be entered. If a conductor requests ticket validation, click the "Show ticket" button and the QR code will automatically be displayed in the app. Once you have arrived at your destination, swipe the "Slider" back in FAIRTIQ. Klappt auch mit mehreren Personen (die muss man vorher in der App einmalig anlegen) Preislich hat es bisher immer gestimmt, man braucht aber schon Vertrauen in die App, da der Preis erst nach Abschluss der Strecke (des Tages?) errechnet wird. Ist verständlich, dass es so läuft, aber trotzdem Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ggf. könnte man auch eine Direktkaufoption eines bestimmten Tickets auf dem Startbildschirm anbieten? Ich kannte diese App bisher nur aus der Schweiz und war da schon immer total begeistert. Man kann morgens die erste Fahrt machen, fährt dann den ganzen Tag kreuz und quer auch über Kantons-Grenzen hinweg und bekommt dann am nächsten Morgen den errechneten idealen Fahrpreis. Sprich — wenn ein Tagesticket günstiger gewesen wäre, wird einfach nur das Tagesticket in Rechnung gestellt. Andernfalls werden die Einzelfahrt berechnet. Erst vor kurzem habe ich gesehen, dass es die App auch in Deutschland gibt. Freundliche Grüsse Julian FAIRTIQ-Team ### 5/5 — Smooth sailing *2026-01-14, version 7.3.26* Great App makes travelling so easy wish everything in life could be so simple haha ### 5/5 — Fairtiq public transport app *2026-01-01, version 7.3.26* Excellent easy to use App which calculates the cost of journeys daily and sends you a bill to enable you to check your expenditure. ### 1/5 — Très mal optimisé, complexe et ethniquement limite *2025-11-24* Très mal optimisé sur iOS, la batterie est très sollicitée pendant les trajets ce qui diminue fortement l’autonomie et oblige quasiment à brancher sur secteur un téléphone vieillissant. De même, utilisation de la position régulièrement même hors trajet ! Les tarifs sont peu clairs, on ne sait pas combien on va payer avant la finalisation du trajet ce qui rend complexe la comparaison avec l’achat d’un billet « classique ». De plus, ce système pose plusieurs problèmes éthiques : - il crée une forte dépendance technologique - smartphone récent et connexion internet. En occitane, les cartes de réduction habituelles ont été supprimées au profit de ce système ce qui rend son utilisation quasiment obligatoire. - En France, les régions (comme Occitane) qui ont choisi ce système ont donc fair le choix d’une sous-traitance de leur billetterie à une entreprise privée, qui en plus n’est même pas Française et détient - de fait - un quasi-monopole (car les réductions interessantes ne sont que sur FAIRTIQ) - L’entreprise a la possibilité de collecter une quantité faramineuse de données personnelle (poisition précise même en arrière plan, mouvements, heures, habitudes…) qui pourraient être revendues ou utilisées par des gouvernements peu-scrupuleux. Même si ce n’est pas le cas actuellement les CGU peuvent changer et comme ils détiennent un quasi-monopole l’usager n’a pas vraiment le choix que de les accepter. **Developer response:** Bonjour, nous avons une bonne nouvelle 😊 Nous avons bien reçu votre feedback et avons amélioré le fonctionnement des paramètres de localisation sur iOS. Avec la dernière version de FAIRTIQ (7.5.0 ou plus récente), vous pouvez désormais utiliser « Pendant l’utilisation de l’app » au lieu de « Toujours » tout en bénéficiant d’une détection fiable des trajets. Cela n’a jamais été notre intention de vous suivre en dehors de vos trajets, et nous avons maintenant mis en place une solution qui garantit un bon fonctionnement avec ce paramètre.
