## What is Fairway GC?

Sharper scorecards and a new way to play Calcutta:

• Scorecards now show classic notation — circles for birdies and eagles, squares for bogeys — on both gross and net scores, so you can read a round at a glance.
• New Calcutta points scoring: earn points for match wins, net birdies, and net eagles, with the team total deciding the pot. Switch any game between Points and Best-ball net anytime.

• Skins now supports Gross, Net, or Both — run gross and net skins on the same round with the pot split automatically.

• Handicaps now follow USGA Course Handicap scoring for fairer matchups across different tees.

• New round scoreboard — tap any round to see all pairings at a glance with live scores, match status, and head-to-head matchup standings.

• Best-ball scorecard now shows the full 18-hole grid with gross and net scores stacked. A subtle highlight shows which score won the hole for its team.

• Stroke and match-play scorecards get the same treatment — see the entire round at once with gross + net scores per hole.

• Quick pairing flip — while keeping score, swap to view any other pairing's scorecard. Read-only mode when you're just spectating.

• Round handicap allowance — set 100% / 75% / 50% / 25% / 0% when creating a round, perfect for half-handicap match play.

• Auto-formatting date fields — type the digits and slashes appear automatically.

• Calcutta side game (beta) — track a Calcutta auction alongside your trip. Add twosomes, enter bids, watch real-time standings, payouts based on best-ball net across the trip.

• Low gross and low net awards now show scores relative to par (-2, +5, E) instead of raw stroke totals.
