Clients love the ease of use and real time tracking of their loans. Realtors love it because there’s no waiting on anyone for an update. Everyone is “in the loop”. I actually thought to use a different lender just because this app is pretty basic. It allows no room to add additional info regarding balances. I tried editing my name and it never fixes it, it just reverts back to the original. My fiancé and I are 21 years old and went in knowing nothing about buying a house and they guided us through the whole thing. This app helped out making things easier through the process. The major thing I’d like to see on the app is a mortgage payment system.
