THANK YOU, YOU ARE SUCH AN AMAZING CARING PERSON. Now for my Review. I truly enjoyed and loved this game, and will be in my play again box. Only one flaw that made me not give it 5 stars and it is not that big of a deal , but I am anal and refuse to skip any games if I can help it. I had issues with some items being too close to the skip button, so maybe if the skip button was smaller on the games hops or just make sure that nothing is too close that would be helpful. Other then my little issue, the game is flawless. The graphics are amazing, no annoying sounds in the background, the story was fun. And I did find this one a little more difficult finding and securing objects, which I like. Thank you Domini, your games are so much fun. In the very beginning when you click on the car trunk, you receive the hint globe, hat, bag of coins and the case for three lion medallions. Yet in my items bar, the circle where the lion case should be is blank - even though it has the red plus sign indicator. Interestingly, when I clicked on Hint, it illuminated the blank circle, but when I proceeded into the game, finding the other parts, I’m unable to add anything to it. Format: I downloaded the game onto my IPad, (most recent model) and with the current version of IOS. I deleted and reloaded four times, each time restarting my iPad. Putting parts together of items although they went together okay, try to get the game to accept it was very difficult. I found I needed to tap around the screen before the game would put the completed item into the itinerary. Here are approximate release dates for two games. The first is Hidden Expedition: reign of flames set for January 19, and I don’t know if it’s Domini or EIPIX. Phantasmat has been pushed back to January 26. There will be two Domini games in February. I told them we need more new games, and that this population of gamers don’t do remasters. I also have some very sad news. Mad Head was bought out and no more HO games will be ported to iOS. However, I jumped on the opportunity to email Oleg and ask him if he would consider doing another deal for those Mad Head games left on the BigFish website. You all need to pray, and it would help if you wrote to support and asked them to take Lynxie’s idea and make it happen! I have tried so hard to get us a genre and I need your help, gamers! Thanks! Happy New Year! Note to all gamers: thank you for the kind words of acknowledgment. I have worked incredibly hard to keep our beloved genre alive, but this past year has been extremely challenging, what with Covid and all. So, happy New Year and let’s not give up! I never give up! On to the game. The main game was a twisted tale about Little Red Riding Hood, with a host of other fairy tales thrown in for good measure (the Three Little Pigs, Gulliver’s Travels and Jack and the Beanstalk). Then in the bonus chapter there was a strange tale based on Alice through the Looking Glass. The graphics were breathtaking and the game was lengthy. We were given a good variety of HO scenes and puzzles/games. Each location included a plethora of interesting tasks to accomplish. In addition, you were endowed with a gimmick in the form of a magic wand. Intrinsically, this was a good game. The issue that bothered me quite a bit was the lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface. It was very difficult at times to acquire inventory items, as well as apply them. The game was so unresponsive at times that I became annoyed. I have complained to Domini time and again and it falls on deaf ears. Someone (yes, Oleg, you!) had better pay attention because you are getting close to releasing the first EIPIX game. For those of you who don’t know, it will be an installment of Phantasmat, and will be released some time after January 12th. EIPIX was my baby and I am very excited to see it. However, I am a bit concerned regarding quality assurance. I will stay on top of it. My rating will remain at 4 stars. The touchscreen sensitivity issues infuriated me, so I deducted a star. It’s blueflier...wow it’s been a while since I posted, or played, this genre. Thanks to those of you who have continued to work to play, review and make these games so much more fun and enjoyable. This was a fun game, the concept of the story was well done and the execution was fun too. Games were great, if a little on the easy side. But good grief, some of the games required such specific screen touches as to really pull me out of the story. And it was habitual throughout. So off goes a star. And one other half star for a few clunky things. My verdict is 3.5 ⭐️ stars, rounded up to 4.
