I’m a bout to delete it. ### 1/5 — terrible game *2026-01-29, version 2.3.2* so i played for around 5 weeks. managed to get to level 45 and tbh i did spend like £40 on it. either way i played for a while and had to link it to my apple account but would soemtimes be forced onto a brand new account when i launched the app. even though i binded the first account i used onto my apple. it still didn’t bind, and when i pressed link to google, nothing would happen. not just on my main account but every other account too. actually enjoyed the game and all the mini games that were apart of the game too. but considering how often i was forcefully logged out without any notice is a joke. i also contacted customer support from within the game on one of the new accounts and i had to give my email, which i did, but never got any response. therefore i think this game is terrible. i want a full refund on all the money i spent because everything i bought, i no longer have access too. so I just downloaded the game and I’ve submitted a request to customer support detailing what happened. I got I’ve got a response to my previous review (what’s above) and it said that I needed screenshots and stuff but how on earth am I supposed to get screenshots and a game ID when I don’t have access to the account anymore that made zero sense the only thing I still have is the username of the account an approximation of the wizard level of the account. An idea of two of the three main characters I used and that’s it ### 1/5 — Randomly lost my whole account. *2026-01-17, version 2.3.2* The game was fun and I really enjoyed it, but I opened it and the game had completely reset. I had synced it to my apple account but that didn’t even work. All my progress. All my purchases. Gone. Do not buy this game, it’ll just end with all your progress reset. There’s no way for me to get support to get the problem fixed, or to even get an answer as to why my account was banned. I can’t even get my old account ID because I’ve been banned.
