Always says something went wrong. Very frustating, not smooth like old app, The background colour are also not good, doesnot have scan to pay.

Just because people make Apps, it does not mean everyone can. Please refrain from calling this an app. 
The description suggests that there is nothing that it cannot do. Probably could order food for you. 
Problem is that you cannot even log in to this app. This is as bad as the Maldives Islamic Bank’s customer service. Useless.

What’s the point of this recent update? The UI used to be smooth, clean and flowy. Now it feels boxy, glitchy, and honestly looks cheap and outdated. Even making a quick transfer has become more difficult.

How do you take something that worked so well and somehow make the user experience worse with an “upgrade”? Please bring back the simplicity and smoothness of the previous UI.

I can’t view any of my GIA accounts from this new app. Still can see from the old app.

The new FaisaMobile 2.0/2.01 interface looks nice, modern, and smooth. However, the overall experience has been frustrating due to several bugs.

The PIN login doesn’t work properly most of the time, OTPs often don’t arrive on the first attempt, so I have to wait and request them again, and money transfers frequently show an error and fail to process. When this happens, I have to start the whole transfer process again.

The new design is definitely an improvement, but for a banking app, reliability is much more important. Hopefully these issues will be fixed soon, as the app has the potential to be much better.

While the app offers a smooth and secure experience, some customers may find it challenging to locate or understand their USD spending limits for online transactions. Clearer in-app notifications or an easily accessible limit-checking feature would enhance user experience.
