Well, of course I am, that’s how I downloaded it, so I’m not sure what the problem is. Too bad I would’ve loved to of use the app instead of a browser to monitor and continue donations. ### 1/5 — Practically invisible font *2023-12-14* I’m now donating less to my church because I relied on the convenience of this app since I don’t carry cash or checks. The last update made the font nearly invisible and I can’t log in. I know I need to develop a new system for my own donations but this sure is a loss for churches that have benefited from the app’s use. This app hasn’t worked in over a year! Shameful to ignore the requests to allow us to donate to the church and our community! Yet guessing you keep charging the parishes to “distribute” our donations… ### 3/5 — Needs more development *2018-10-14* I like the concept of egiving and setting up recurring donations, but this platform is still in need of some development. The app is largely just a page with links to the website. One click on the app and you get taken to Safari. It would be nice if you could stay within the app while editing your FaithDirect account. Hopefully the app developer(s) will take this into consideration for future app updates. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2021-05-16* My church moved to this platform during The COVID 19 pandemic. I was excited to find the app but later realized its only function was to take you to the website to sign in. I hope the developers add features like allowing users to complete donations on the app and also enable functions like FaceID login. At the moment the only benefit is it prevents me from having to bookmark or create a favorite for the website. ### 2/5 — Login feature for TouchID *2017-03-06, version 1.0* It would be great to have this as an app so one could enable it to use TouchID to login. There are times when a special collection is being done and I would love to pop open the app and donate to my church at that moment very quickly. Currently, it seems the paste functionality for the password field does not work and while I am quietly and trying to be discreet in donating, when I have to type in my username and password, it gives the impression to other members as if I am texting. Please make this an app that we can save our login name and use TouchID as an option to typing our password.
