So I downloaded the app, and once it downloaded I tried to get on. Well I couldn’t. It wouldn’t open up, like I mean, it would open up to the front screen but not the clothes and stuff just the screen before that. How do I fix it. Because I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still didn’t work.
