## What is faith fast?

FaithFast is a Christian fasting rhythm you keep with other people, not alone.

THE SUNDAY NIGHT FAST
Every Sunday at 6pm the community starts a 24 hour fast together and breaks it Monday at 6pm. The timer, the reminders, and the teaching all move with everyone else, so the hardest hours are never solitary ones.

YOUR WEEKDAY RHYTHM
The rest of the week is a steady 16:8 or 18:6 eating window, whichever you choose. Long enough to matter, gentle enough to actually keep.

DAILY SCRIPTURE
A verse for every day with the exact reference, chosen for people who are hungry and need something to hold on to.

VITAMIN G
Your daily dose of gratitude. Morning, afternoon, and evening prompts, saved into a journal you can read back through when the week feels heavy.

FUEL
Seven days of low carb meal plans built around one affordable grocery run, refreshed every week. Every meal and snack carries a Food is Medicine label, so you know what it is doing for your body instead of only counting it.

TRAIN
Upper body, lower body, and stretch circuits that rotate every Monday. Choose 30 or 45 minutes. Clear movement demonstrations, a voice that counts you through every round, and a muscle map that shows exactly what you are working.

LISTEN
Teaching on fasting, walking audio for the long afternoon stretch, and worship playlists for the moments you would rather be carried than coached.

MEMBERSHIP
Start with three days free. Then keep everything for $5 a month, $30 a year, or $50 once for lifetime access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
