I had a terrible time trying to get the app on my iPad to work although the staff at Faith Music was doing a good job. The whole experience was terrible I don’t know how many emails I sent to themand it hasn’t been resolved ### 1/5 — Only 30 second previews *2023-10-31* You advertise this on your website as a way to listen to your music then don’t even let us hear the full songs! Why not say outright it will cost $9. I appreciate the music you offer but I don’t appreciate this sneaky way of trying to get me to pay a subscription. I uninstalled immediately. ### 1/5 — Subscription Issues *2020-08-28* Subscribed to app but app acts like I am not subscribed. I choose the subscribe now button and am just told I have already subscribed. Seems to be stuck in this loop and will only play 20 second samples of songs. Support link doesn’t work either, would love for someone to reach out and assist. ### 1/5 — Still doesn’t work. *2020-06-29* I have written a review before, still not working it refuses to load. I haven’t even tried listening in a long time. Still paying for it. So I deleted and re downloaded makes me put in my number to send me a code. I used the code. Tells me it’s not right. So now it’s just an app that I still can’t get into. Took a long time to get a response to my last review. **Developer response:** Thanks for your concern. We apologize for this issue and realize it was a frustrating bug. We have worked to fix this since it was reported and have released a new version that eliminates this issues. We'd love to have you back as a customer if you'd like to give us a try again :-) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-05-24* I keep getting a message that says I’m already a subscriber. It won’t go past that! So I got to listen to music for 2 days but I’ve paid for the entire month 😥 I have turned phone off, deleted app and reinstalled it several times, all to no avail! Also when I could I wish they would add more albums and even some new people. ### 3/5 — Great music *2022-05-19* Was blessed to be able to hear from some albums that I am not able to access on other programs. However the app crashes once a week and I cannot login. I will not be re-subscribing until this issue is resolved. The app continues to crash. ### 5/5 — THE source for conservative Christian music *2020-05-22* This is exactly the kind of resource that Christians need. Apple Music, Spotify, Google Play, and similar services sometimes mix in artists that do not align with conservative beliefs. Also, there is never a large selection with the big guys.
