## What is Faith Pause?

Breathe a verse first.

FaithFocus turns the impulse to open distracting apps into a short Faith Pause: one verse, a guided breath prayer, then an intentional choice.

WHY PEOPLE USE IT
• Block selected apps until you complete a brief faith pause
• Stay blocked or unlock intentionally—you decide
• Build a calmer rhythm with weekly summaries
• Designed for Christians who want less doomscrolling and more presence

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps that pull you in
2. When you try to open them, FaithFocus starts a Faith Pause
3. Read, breathe the verse, then keep it blocked—or continue with intention
