I love listening to freestyle while riding my recumbent and working with weights. I am not a person devoted to exercise and it motivates me knowing that it will be an opportunity to listen to what God has to say and care for my “temple” at the same time. Never mind that it is a fraction of the price of a gym membership. Which I rarely used btw.

I’m sweating and challenged every workout. I appreciate the focus on God as a way to honor and worship Him, while tending to the temples He gave us- our earthly bodies. I’m experiencing the mental health benefits of working out as well as the physical benefits. And added bonus are the spiritual benefits, as well! Great value price, with options for monthly or yearly subscriptions. 

I think the app could be more intuitive. Maybe more categories, or break outs under each type of workout? Sometimes I’m confused as to whether I did a workout yet when I get into the app in the morning, and I need it to be easy to find my next workout, as I’m barely awake when I start my workout!

I LOVE this app. I love the workouts. They’re killing me!! I love being able to worship while I workout. I love growing in my faith at the same time as I’m growing in my fitness journey. I’m already learning and growing so much. The devotionals during the workout are changing my perspective, centering my mind on Him and working in my heart. Thank you for creating this faith/fitness dual journey!!! I’ve never before seen anything like it and I’m so glad that I found it.
