I do love the daily verse so much! I pray there will be updates made and i will happily return. ### 1/5 — Canceled but still charged $ *2026-07-26* Unable to reach customer service. I never used the app beyond checking it out the first day. I advised that I wanted to cancel, but was still charged the full $14.99 for not even using the app! I have already cancelled this in my subscriptions, but was STILL charged! Be careful! **Developer response:** Hi Lin, we're so sorry to hear about your experience. We did respond to your requests several times from support@faithfull.ai, but unfortunately it looks like our emails may have landed in your junk/spam folder and were never opened. If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, they process all billing and cancellations directly, so developers aren't able to cancel or refund those subscriptions on a customer's behalf. Most important to me is the ability to connect to Apple health and/or log workouts to gain back calories. Admins - correct me if I am wrong on this! There are a few bugs that need to be worked out as well. But why would I pay $40 for an app that I can’t try. I don’t want to waste my money. Make a free trial like every other app, how am I supposed to know if it works well before I pay. It’s also quick to track what you want to track. My focus is tracking protein right now, but you can track both macros and micros. I love the ability to log food using the voice log. I can just speak and it will track my macros. When I search up something that’s not coming up either. I’m having to do a lot of manual typing in. I love the idea behind the app and the daily Bible verse.
