## What is FaithGrind?

FaithGrind is for men rebuilding something hard. Maybe it's a habit you can't shake, a relationship you're trying to repair, or a version of yourself you let slip. This isn't a social app. No likes, no comments, no followers. You show up once a day, answer one honest question, and keep your streak going. That's the whole thing.

What's inside
The daily check-in is one prompt and one honest answer. Takes about a minute. Your streak is just a count of the days you showed up. No badges, no confetti, no gamification noise. Just the number, and what it costs you to protect it.

You can invite a brother to walk the road with you. You'll both see when the other checks in. No chat, no DMs, no feed. Just a quiet signal that someone else is putting in the work today.

The First 30 Days is a short course you can finish on your commute. Clear actions, no fluff. The Library has chapters, articles, and audio for the nights you need a nudge at 2 a.m. Small Wins is an anonymous wall of real wins from real men. No replies, no reactions, just proof that other guys are doing the work too.

Why we built it
Most habit apps turn your discipline into a dashboard. They want charts, streaks, notifications, and dopamine. Rebuilding doesn't actually feel like that. It's quiet, it's private, and it's a little uncomfortable. We built the app to match. One screen, one job, and you either do it or you don't.

Your privacy
Your check-ins belong to you. We don't train public models on your data. You can export everything as plain text, and you can erase your vault from Settings any time.

FaithGrind isn't therapy, and it isn't a replacement for professional care. If you're in crisis, please contact a local emergency line.
