This app seems really cool, but it would be great if everything didn’t just keep loading. I can’t get to anything because it shows up blank and just keeps loading. Hopefully get this fixed soon

Hello,

The app has been acting up as of late. Every time I try to go to settings it kicks me out . Also, the app seems to turn off whatever I’m listening to (whether it be music or podcast ) whenever I log in . 

I think the concept is great , and the design is interesting . However, the app is very laggy and buggy. Please help !

I love the app. It does some issues where it will shut down when you press certain buttons. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. Other than that, the setup and everything is great!

It’s really annoying launching this app. Shuts off my music when launching. There’s also not a whole lot people here so it’s a bit boring. Some of the featured speakers are aberrant false teachers also.

The notifications are buggy. They show up just fine, but they don’t go away very often. Even after they’ve been read and/or deleted. The app will still have the notification badge on it afterwards, inside the app will sometimes still say I have notifications and sometimes it won’t. But the badges are almost constant. I could turn the badges off but I’d like to know whenever I get a notification lol. But otherwise I love the concept and the other features of the app.

The chat feature on the app is super slow and so is the feed if it was updated it would be an amazing app to be able to speak with other Christians around the would is awesome just wish it would get some much needed updates

I love the idea, mission, and purpose of this app. I want to be on it more than any other social media site. But there are so many bugs, hiccups, and failed error codes it makes it almost unusable. I haven’t been able to upload an image in 3 days. The notification page freezes and hiccups consistently. It just needs a bit more streamlining and a smoother operating system and it would be perfect. Currently quite cumbersome.

This app is not supported by developers.  Profiles cannot be edited (changes never save because it is bugged); cannot create posts anymore; search is broken; etc.  If this app was supported by devs, the inability to post would be corrected immediately.  However, this bug remains in place since the last update.  Due to the inability to do anything on the app after months, I deleted it.

Unfortunately when I tried making an account, it wouldn’t let me. So I went to the FaithSocial website just to find out that the app had ceased operations since Dec 21. That’s a shame because we really need a Christian social media app. I hope someone is able to bring this app back or create a new one that serves the same purpose

App overall is an amazing way to fellowship and connect with one another. Everyone on the app is very welcoming and friendly. The mobile app is extremely glitchy, lags, and force closes all of the time. The website on browser via laptop works much better and faster. I’d give this app 5 stars if we were actually able to utilize the chat feature. Every single “user’s account has been identified as a potentially unsafe account. We have suspended their ability to send a receive messages to protect our community.” We have not been able to chat amongst each other for months now with no update, and no way of communications which is a shame because the app could be great.

### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work. Don’t Waste Your Time.

I was able to get through the set up portion just fine, but the app immediately shut down right after. Every single attempt at reopening the app last for 5 seconds then shuts down again without fail. I’ve tried over 20 more times and now I’m deleting the app. The app doesn’t stay open long enough to delete my account, so all I can do is delete the app. Don’t waste your time. Go find an app that works instead.

This application is made by an amateur. all the problems and lack of correction will scare anyone who is using it.  There is a help choice but no one replies nor fix any problems. The chat part of it is mot working, it gets stuck in one page, no one is monitoring the application.  
It could be a great application if it is taken care of it in a professional way.  Not worth the time wasted.

I like the concept of the app and think it’s a great platform to connect with fellow Christians. However, I give it 2 stars because anytime I try to PM someone it does not allow me saying their account is potentially dangerous. Are you telling me every person on there is a spammer or a hacker? The whole point of the app for me is to personally connect with other believers but I can’t do that if I can’t PM them. The other reason for 2 stars is because it’s impossible to find customer service or someone who can help with this issue. If these 2 things got fixed it would be 5 stars for me.

### 2/5 — This seems like an awesome app but it won’t let me use it

The idea behind this app is awesome. Exactly what I was looking for. However I can’t even get my profile set up because the app constantly force closes. When I click on the app it will open just to close 2 seconds later. One time I was able to put in my i for and create an account and then upload  a profile picture but when I was about to click on pick a banner picture the app closed. That was the longest amount of time the app has stayed open for me. I was so excited when I found this app and I’m sure the makers are working to fix things but as of right now it’s unusable. I will definitely be praying for the makers of this app and their ability to get this app working properly. It will be amazing when it’s ready. Im so excited to connect, pray, discuss and fellowship with Christians all over the world.

This could be a great app. I love the concept of social networking with other Christians and having the Bible studies. The app is too glitchy. I can’t access the settings to see what I can set. I hope this will be fixed.

It’s very similar to FB but has tools targeted for Christians like Bible study, prayer, focused discussion.

I didn’t like it because:
1. Basic functional issues like trouble getting a button to be visible and work. 
2. Not enough activity in discussion rooms. Seemed like conversations went stale. Too many rooms not enough people.
3. Couldn’t try to find friends based on filters like area/location or interests. You just have discussions to go by for making friends with interests. 
4. There are other app options that are easier to use and more effective for quickly finding possible friends based on mutual interests. (United Young seems promising.)

### 2/5 — I appreciate that there is an app such as this but…

I receive the same notifications over and over even though I’ve already read and marked them as read.  The notifications are also no longer making sense.  The chat feature lags by days and then you have to go outside of the app if you want to have a conversation with someone and I’m really not comfortable doing that so early in getting to know someone.  I really wish these bugs would get cleared up in a timely manner like they would in any other app.  Please address the bugs so that people, including myself, don’t get so tired of the issues and stop using the app all together.  You’ve started a good thing.

This app has so much potential. It has Bible study, groups, a place for you to make prayers, etc. I just wish there was more engagement. I see a good amount of people on here but it’s not a very active platform. I’d love for more people of faith to join! I also love the Amen button instead of the like button.

This app has so much potential for uniting the church in a magnificent, magnificent way. If you could add a multi-person live messaging feature, this app will definitely pull Christians from the secular social apps and onto this app.

With a growing sense of unity through an app like this, we could organize nationwide church movements, flatten our ranges of doctrinal differences, and solidify our sense of identity as a set-apart nation given to Jesus from the Father. 

Please, anyone reading this, recommend this app to Christian friends and continue leaving reviews. Let’s all work together in Christ to build a holy online dwelling place for a Christians—an online domain where children and adults alike can be immersed in Christian culture, ideas, art, entertainment, relationships, groups, guilds—praise God. I just appreciate the option of Christ centered social media! I’ve given up Instagram and Snapchat because of the lewdness and indecency so it’s nice to have Faith Social as my number one social media platform alongside my Facebook. Thanks so much!

This is my favorite app!!! I love all of the routes of fellowship and bible study this app offers compared to other social networks. Unfortunately the app freezes a lot. I can’t even see my own page today because there is an issue with the format?? I’d still recommend this app because it’s great for Christians wanting a break from secular social networking and I know the bugs will eventually get fixed.
