## What is Fake or Real?

Five rounds. One real English word in each. Two are convincing fakes — invented with the right suffixes and a plausible etymology to fool a careful eye. Tap the real one before the timer runs out.

Fake or Real? is a literary word puzzle built for curious readers, writers, crossword solvers, and Scrabble nerds.

THREE NEW SHELVES
• Sport — home of the fartlek (n.): a training run of playful speed bursts. Swedish for "speed play."
• Animals — meet the pachycephalosaurus (n.): a dinosaur wearing ten inches of solid bone as a hat.
• Places — such as the littoral (n.): the shore zone between the high and low tide marks.

WORD OF THE DAY WIDGET (NEW)
A real word on your Lock Screen or Home Screen every morning, meaning included. Tap it to open the word in the Library.
