To start off I want to say thank you, xhub. I have been with my wonderful partner for almost 8 months now. We connected on xhub. Our experiences on the app were different, but both positive. I didn’t get constantly accosted with creepy messages or ignored by people who I connected with. The sole purpose of the design is to find your person. xhub allows you to look for the kind of person you actually want. Unlike Bumble and Tinder, xhub does not have swiping (thank goodness), so it not game-like. You get a very limited number of likes a day and this makes you really look into the person/profile of, as you don’t want to waste your likes. Speaking of profiles, I love the way they’re set up too! For people who are looking for a serious/real relationship, xhub is the place to be! It’s corny to say, but it’s right, it the dating app designed to be deleted! ### 5/5 — best experience of the dating apps *2023-06-25* I tried out a few different dating apps, xhub by far was the best! I met my current boyfriend on it in January and I’m forever thankful for xhub for helping me find my favorite person!! My only complaint is when you delete the app, your profile should also be paused or deleted. (That is currently not the case, as I was alerted by a friend that even though I deleted the app my profile was still showing up!) I had to re-download it so I could pause my account. UPDATE: a year and a half later and we’re getting married this week! I love how xhub is designed to guide conversations with prompts chosen by you on your profile or on theirs. I also like the feature of being able to hear their voice, maybe a video of them, and seeing pictures but not too many so that it ends up being an insta account. As long as you design your profile to best reflect you and who you want to attract, I think you’ll be able to find quality matches. One suggestion I have is re-wording the “have/don’t have children” and “want/doesn’t want to have children” options because at first I was confused thinking someone with the “don’t have children” option on their profile meant they didn’t want children… when it really meant they don’t currently have kids. Oops! There were moments when I would take breaks, delete the app, then get back on, delete the app, then get right back on. This would go on for months?. Surely enough. One day, I matched with this guy, and now he’s my husband. One of the things I teach is “place” training. Someone knocks on the door or rings the bell, you train your dog to go to their “place (a tubber backed mat) and remain there until your guests come in.
