## What is Fakturqa?

Fakturqa pulls received invoices from a photo or email and
automatically loads them into your accounting system.

Snap a photo of an invoice — AI extracts the supplier,
amount, VAT, due date — you confirm — it's sent to
iDoklad, Fakturoid or Flexibee as a received tax
document. No more retyping.

WHAT FAKTURQA DOES

• Photograph an invoice directly in the app — one shot
  is enough
• Forward an invoice to your unique email address
  (xxx@mail.fakturqa.com) and the rest happens by itself
• AI pre-fills: supplier, invoice number, issue date,
  due date, VAT base, total amount
• Direct connection to iDoklad, Fakturoid and Flexibee —
  one authorization, then fully automatic
• Input VAT overview — you always know what you can
  deduct
• Notifications: push + email when an invoice is
  processed or auto-synced

WHO IT'S FOR

Sole proprietors and small businesses using iDoklad,
Fakturoid or Flexibee who don't want to manually retype
every incoming invoice.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Photograph or forward an invoice
2. AI extracts all data (typically within 10 seconds)
3. Review on your phone or on the web
4. Confirm — it goes straight into accounting

With Auto-sync enabled, step 3 is skipped — the invoice
is sent automatically.

PLANS AND PRICING

Free: 5 invoices per month — no credit card required.

Paid plans (monthly auto-renewable subscriptions):
• Fakturqa Start — 49 CZK/month — 30 invoices
• Fakturqa Pohoda — 99 CZK/month — 100 invoices
• Fakturqa Pro — 199 CZK/month — 300 invoices

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at
confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically
renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24
hours before the end of the current period. Your
account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours
prior to the end of the current period at the cost of
the chosen plan. Subscriptions can be managed and
auto-renewal turned off in your Apple Account Settings
after purchase.

SECURITY

OAuth tokens for accounting systems are encrypted
(AES-256). Data travels over HTTPS. No invoices remain
on shared third-party servers.
