This app makes mobile banking so complicated. Constantly has troubleshooting issues with login and showing up to date accounts.

Compared to all other banking apps, this has to be bottom tier.  From the interface and security system, it’s outdated and stiff. Recently they added the feature to control our cards which is great but many banks already carried those features from the beginning.

I don’t like there verification process. I always have to log in with a text and it will not recognize my device. It’s frustrating that it also doesn’t give you the option to use a email to verify. I changed my phone number and the only option to update was to go to the bank. I was out of town too so I could not go to the bank for about two weeks. I had to call the bank everyday to get my balance and make sure there were no unexpected charges on my account. Very frustrating.

The new update is actually worse than it was before. I cannot deposit my checks because it says that the amounts are incorrect all the time. Also, the new update removed the ability to see my total balance in my account.

It is bad. Unable to make deposits by scanning check (picture) most check from businesses fail. The size of the check is larger and the picture doesn’t fit on the picture window. I have to take the picture to far and then it is useless since can’t be read.

This app is a reflexion of Falcon Bank's poorly designed website, since the foundation is weak, the app can not be any better. This is only useful to check your balance and not much else. It's sad to see how they brag about being a top Hispanic company but the reality is that just like Hispanics their website and app are half assed.

App always asks for verification method by call or text, however, once verified it does not recognize the device for future sign ons. And now the text option for verification no longer works. Frustrating 😡

The app is awesome since i bank with Falcon. The only problem is that the layout for iphone 4s,5, and 5s seems slightly bigger than what its supposed to be. For instance when u enter and log in the you can only see partial of the top of the page.
