When I try to open it (before I delete it) it doesn’t even open it force closes it self. Several times I hear the line pick up and women speaking and then they put me back on hold again. I’ve had to hang up due to trying to call while working and on break. The customer service is horrible. App never works. I’ll be looking for a new insurance provider as soon as Christmas is over. No issues with the app and it’s super easy to access my insurance card and other account info. I also called customer service after hours and they answered right away to help me create my login (I was just skipping the 0 😅). And the rep was super nice and helpful. So, I would ignore the old reviews and just try it out for yourself.
