I’ve tried to reach support and no response. Frustrated! ### 2/5 — Ok app *2024-05-02* I used it for 2 years, however communication is extremely lacking as I can’t get ahold of anybody ever through any communication source they offer. Late last year when i went to do my twx reports I couldn’t log into my account, got some weird error code. Multiple tries were made to log on thru the app and the website. Initially there were a lot of bugs to work out, it then worked well for a few months. Now everytime I try to log out or record an expense I get an error message which will not allow me to do anything. I have deleted the app and redownloaded getting the same message. I have a paid subscription so no free uses. Support would tell me log out and log back in to fix. That worked for a while but then started getting “Json could not serialize”. Tried logging out like I’m always told to do, will not let me log out, just kept getting this message. I reached out asking support to fix it or cancel my subscription. I get a reply to my email that my subscription was cancelled. Very disappointed, I have recommended this to many on my Team and this is their support. I do t recommend tbis app at all. I can’t get ahold of anyone. And half the time my app doesn’t work.
