I booked a return trip to the airport specifically requesting an estate car to accommodate our suitcases. I checked the day before we were due to leave and they didn’t have our booking on record (made through the app) which resulted in a last minute scramble. On the return journey, they’ve sent a small car and my husband has sat with his suitcase on his lap. When paying to exit the airport, the driver’s card wouldn’t work so we had to pay. I also provided flight details and we were delayed significantly- but the driver arrived at the original time. The driver claimed to be doing 3 to 4 airport trips a day but needed sat nav to get from Heathrow to Aylesbury????
