I booked a return trip to the airport specifically requesting an estate car to accommodate our suitcases. I checked the day before we were due to leave and they didn’t have our booking on record (made through the app) which resulted in a last minute scramble. On the return journey, they’ve sent a small car and my husband has sat with his suitcase on his lap. When paying to exit the airport, the driver’s card wouldn’t work so we had to pay. I also provided flight details and we were delayed significantly- but the driver arrived at the original time. The driver claimed to be doing 3 to 4 airport trips a day but needed sat nav to get from Heathrow to Aylesbury???? This needs to be fixed by the developer Service is great but new app changes make the experience no where near as good as it was. Once again arriving home and the app has Defaulted to cash payment when it was Apple Pay. I am always hesitant to book a falcon taxi but we have given them a few chances and while the drivers are nice they all just are maniacs on the road. Last two drivers, one wouldn’t stop being on his phone, got us to pay before we even arrived and the second one, unspeakable, i wanted to ask him to pull over and let us out it was so horrific. Country roads driving on the wrong side towards corners. Not stopping or slowing for roundabouts or stopping at the last minute. it was a late airport pick up so perhaps tiredness played a part but jesus christ, don’t let tired drivers drive and maybe have some sort of review system for the drivers because this was so horrific i will never book with them again and will tell everybody to avoid. ### 1/5 — App average. The service is even worse; you order a cab with very little knowledge of when - if ever - the booking will be fulfilled.
