Made the video dark and there’s no way to increase the brightness that I’ve found. Unlike the older model which had a brightness adjustment. I was trying to connect the the wrong camera to to wrong app. Faleemi should mention that this is not an all inclusive app. My particular cameras use the cloud edge app and are not compatible with faleemi cloud even though they are faleemi model B3 cameras. I’m sure this app is sufficient. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Too Many Technical Difficulties *2026-06-13* When it actually works, it’s great. Fantastic, even. It’s cool to be able to save desired positions as prefixes to revisit later. However, none of that matters when the camera constantly goes offline, at random times, or hangs for an indefinite amount. Sometimes, when it comes back online, there are scant moments of live feed before continuous, automatic, refreshes occur—and if I attempt to move the camera via the app when this is happening, the device can physically turn towards an extreme direction when all I gave the UI console was a slight nudge. Imagine attempting to give a gentle right that captures your entire porch, only for the app to glitch and cause the whole camera to veer its view squarely into a neighbor’s yard, by accident! Not cool! To make it worse, my WIFI signal with it could be showing a strong connection, yet all these things still happen. Suppose two seasoned samurai suddenly appeared on my street and began battling it out, for fun! By the time this camera would stop dropping the connection and going offline, downloading a randomly unprompted update, or hanging, the duel would have long since passed through the neighborhood and I would have missed all of it!!!🤣 Just think if the situation were a lot more serious, and I weren’t able to get a live viewing to know how to personally intervene, if necessary? Bottom line, this app’s UI, and functionality are great; unfortunately, being able to continuously utilize them is hit or miss, due to repeatedly frequent instances of the camera just deciding it wants to go offline, after working (somewhat) a few minutes prior. After the first 24 hours of using this camera, having it actually function properly is more like a rarity, now. Please fix this!! ### 1/5 — Customer service is nonexistent except for email *2026-01-02* Honestly, this app is terrible. Nothing seems to work right and it takes at least an hour to accomplish simple tasks if you have an issue. I will not purchase another camera from this company. Very, very difficult to set up. ### 1/5 — No real time surveillance *2025-06-20* It will notify you and tell you possible person detected. You got a look at the footage. There’s nobody there so I’ve been watching. Like you watching TV somebody walking by my driveway and go on way in after. It’s on you can’t see the person anymore that’s when it will notify you. The person yup and then you’ll get alert possible person detected and you look at the alert footage and there’s no person there because it does not give you real time. Somebody’s been trying to break into my door window apart on my Mel door. Well they can get into Web. Because the camera doesn’t require Yankee you can’t see him in the footage because into where the doors before the camera tells you somebody’s there and record. Pretty, I don’t like these cameras are pretty rotten. The app will collect personally identifiable information from your phone. I have a great connection and I’ve placed the camera literally right next to the router and still never wants to connect. SO ANNOYING. I got it to connect 1 time I unplugged to install in my sons room and now it doesn’t want to connect again!!! 🤬🤬 ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA *2021-03-27* The app takes forever to load and when it finally does show you live feed - I’m home by that time for my dog.
