At 65 and recently retired, I needed a program to get me on the road to a healthy, active retirement.  My first goal is a safe but fun ski trip with family in March 2026. With Nick’s wise guidance and the daily app checkins, workouts, and coordination of diet with myfitnesspal and weight/body composition with Withings, i am 6 weeks into this and already feel so much better.  Cannot say thank you enough….
