### 1/5 — FallCall App — Alert Failure and Unresponsive Support

The app did not function as expected. We simulated multiple falls, but no alerts were ever triggered. We also attempted to reach customer support twice and did not receive a response. At this point, I would not recommend purchasing this app.

Our solution automatically detects falls, and we assist thousands of satisfied customers. We typically respond to all enquiries within 6 to 24 hours. In addition to email, we also phone and SMS customers to ensure they receive our communications and support.

Woke up this morning at 5 to see my caregivers were notified I’d had a fall! I was in bed my watch was on it’s stand charging. This app has been removed

**Developer response:** Hi Neenamay, Our algorithm interprets movements from the watch’s sensors when worn, so unlikely an automatic alert from our algorithm and likely an issue with your settings.
