However finding your location has a real problem (ios 15.latest iphone 6s+) getting the error message «locating you » then «we lost your location gps and network signal may be weak try again » while location and cellular permissions are granted and i am downtown with coverage. and every time i start it i am in Boulder, CO. Please fix this. Otherwise i woud give an higher rating. I personally don’t want to eat anything that risks having discarded glass or needles… and I don’t particularly consider this foraging. But I have a theory, stick with me, that this app will blow up again. With the rise of interest in environments, nature, foraging, etc, this app would honestly be so effective and helpful for more digital-dependent foragers. I’ve seen this around, and I think I’ll see more soon hopefully. However, it could be helped by basic updates, such as being able to filter out some plants you don't want to see, and being able to filter basic plant families, instead of needing to specify a specific species. Just got an email saying the app was updated so I decided to give it a look. I’m a big fan of food foraging and geocaching. This is a great fun in between 😊 I haven’t come across any issues, and I feel the need to remind people that not every land zone grows the same or good fruit. Success depends on your area!
