Most of the time I get a message: "can't connect to server.". What's the point of the app?

Utterly useless garbage app. Does not work 90% of time even with high speed wi-fi connection. How hard is it to create off line mode? The developers should be banned from computers for this miserable existence of an app.

It does what it needs to do. But not entirely. I only see the front of my ID card and I need the back too as that’s what includes the BIN and GRP number etc.

For a mom who is constantly on the go and the new insurance cards sat in the inbox at home,  this app made it so simple for me to give the information to my provider when my daughter was having asthma troubles. Easy to use!  Very useful!  Forward thinking!
