## What is FamEats?

"Same fries and rice every day..."
"A new dish shows up, and they won't even look at it."
FamEats is made for families living with picky eating.

FamEats starts from the foods your child eats today (safe foods) and suggests a "next dish" that changes just one thing, such as shape, taste, or temperature. It brings food chaining, a gentle step-by-step approach to widening the foods a child eats, into everyday meals.

There is no need to force a bite. Looked, touched, licked: every small step is worth recording and celebrating together.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Get 3 next-dish ideas from AI
Each idea changes only one thing from a food your child already eats.
Example: French fries -> [Shape] fry stars -> [Ingredient] with peas on the side
- Choose which food to grow from
- Choose what to change (temperature, shape, color, taste, cooking method, ingredient, texture), or leave it to AI
- See ingredients, steps, and serving tips together

- Watch the Food Tree grow
Dishes that grew from the foods your child eats branch out like a tree, and a flower blooms when a dish becomes a "yes". Foods you add by hand can hang under the food they came from.

- Log small steps in 7 stages
Looked, touched, smelled, licked, bit, ate a little, ate a lot: one tap each. When your child eats a dish well more than once, add it to safe foods and celebrate.

- Picture-book illustrations
Dishes you choose to try get a picture-book style illustration made by AI, so you can look at it together before cooking.

- Made with care
- Allergens and foods to avoid are never used in ideas
- Ideas take your child's age into account, with care for how hard and how big foods are
- A nickname is optional; no real name needed

GOOD FOR FAMILIES WHO
- Worry about picky eating or eating only a few foods every day
- Don't know what to cook when new foods get pushed away
- Have a child whose foods are limited, for example by sensory sensitivities
- Want to try food chaining at home

PLEASE NOTE
- Ideas are made by AI and are not a substitute for medical or nutritional advice. If you are worried about weight, nutrition, or a very small number of accepted foods, please talk to a doctor or specialist.
- Always check the size and hardness of foods and any allergies yourself.
- FamEats is free to use and shows ads.

One bite at a time, growing together.
