Family Express offers pick up money at any branches of Bank of Commerce, Banco De Oro, Cebuana Lhuillier, GCash, M Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshops, SM Business Centers, SM Department Stores, Tambunting Pawnshops and Villarica Pawnshops all over the Philippines, bank deposit to beneficiaries bank accounts, home delivery within 1 to 3 days and food delivery transactions from Jollibee and Max's Restaurants.

Customers can process transactions from any mobile devices with internet connection. Funds are immediately available for collection by recipients in the Philippines.

Even though several bugs have been reported to the developer, nothing has been done to address them. Once you get past the difficulties, the app works fine, but it's a real shame that the app is being neglected.
