DONT buy tickets through this app. Buy directly from the venue. FAMFAM will not respond to refund request or acknowledge with updates regarding canceled shows. If you buy directly from the venue or promoter you have a better chance of a refund. Not with FAMFAM. Sunday June 14 unblocked @pacha nyc announced refunds due to canceled show, rampa (keinemusik) confirmed refunds would be given, but FAMFAM has been SILENT on the matter. There’s no point in the app, when you can buy direct from the venue, this app doesn’t even allow add ons that normally the venue would.

We completely redesigned the ticket area. Your own tickets and your friends' tickets now live in clearly separated tabs, so you can see everything at a glance, whether it's a ticket, a guest list spot, a transfer, or a waitlist entry.
Quick access right before the show
Instead of a floating button, your home screen now shows a card for your next show. That way you get to your ticket or guest list entry with a single tap right before it starts.
All the admission info you need
For every show, you'll now find the right admission details directly in the ticket area, with text, images, answers to common questions, and everything you need to know before you arrive.
Ready even when you're offline
Your tickets now work even more reliably without an internet connection, so you always have everything important within reach.
Share what excites you
You can now share a lot more content: shows, products, radioshows, Foundation pages, fundraiser projects, drops, and more.
Withdrawal for merch purchases
For online purchases in the merch shop, there's now a simple withdrawal process. After you withdraw, you'll get a confirmation by email and everything else runs automatically in the background.
