The notification badge number is also always incorrect. It worked well on android. So this is creating a problem whenever I open an image or clip on chat. I cannot go back, swipe left or right, or I cannot minimize the image. The issue I had for the first few weeks was that I wasn’t getting any notifications. Which was frustrating as I would miss what messages my son’s teacher sent out. I finally decided to reach out to support. They were great. They resolved the issue same day.
